This development has increased the wide variety of lung damaging particles that are trapped inside our homes. The particles are continually recirculated throughout our homes by the heating, cooling, and ventillation system. These particles are the cause of allergies and house dust.

     A Thorough house cleaning along with regular vacuuming, with  HEPA  filtration vacuums, of carpets, rugs and upholstery can significantly  reduce the effects of most allergies. Hot water extraction (steam) carpet cleaning can kill the germs and dust mites in the carpet and extract them out of the house.      We all tend to forget about the things we don't see ... like ducts. If you left your table without dusting it for ten years, or didn't move your refrigerator to clean behind or under it imagine what it might look like! The same applies to HVAC air ducts. It is a serious health threat to ignore the necessary  cleaning and sanitizing maintenance that's required to promote a healthy home.

     What we will do for your home is truly amazing!  First, we remove, hand wash, chemically sanitize, hand
dry and reinstall the furnace blower and motor assembly. Next, we set up a negative air pressure in the air duct system by attaching our Air Care Super-Turbo 3500 Triple Hepa-Filter Environmental Vacuum System to the furnace end of the air duct system. This high powered vacuum machine sucks all the pollutants from throughout the duct system into it and completely traps them inside. Next, we enter the air duct from the opposite end of the house with our Air-Care Power Brushing System. The rotating brushing systems use soft nylon bristles and compressed air jet brushes to gently and efficiently brush the contamination  off the sides of the duct walls while the Super-Turbo 3500 Vacuum System extracts the pollutants. Our brushing system completely cleans from one end of the duct to the other.
 

    Finally, we sanitize and internally seal and deodorize the duct system with a powerful fogging machine and
hypoallergenic, non-toxic deodorization solutions. Again,  nothing is released into the home because we have created a closed system from one end of the duct that we are brushing to the other end where the air is being captured by the vacuum system. Your entire HVAC system will be cleaned, sealed  and deodorized! We can also install the most advanced Electro-Static Micron Filters to capture dust and pollutants before they re-enter your duct system!
