Upholstery Cleaning  Our upholstery cleaning professionals first inspect the upholstery with customers in order to understand their needs and expectations. We then pre treat all heavily soiled and problem areas with chemicals formulated for the specific type of fabric. The upholstery is steam cleaned with a fine mist. Then, we neutralize the furniture so that no residue remains. We leave cushions standing upright to allow them to air dry properly. Extraction Many of today's upholstery fibers are able to withstand a steam machine cleaning. The furniture fabric is sprayed with a pretreatment  enzyme, then the fibers are brushed to loosen soils and activate the pretreatment enzyme. Stains caused by pet urine on carpeting are a particularly unpleasant problem. There are spot cleaners and chemical treatments available to the home owner that are effective if they are used as soon as the problem occurs. However, for severe cases you need a professional and that's where we can help. Sometimes pet urine treatment requires the removal and replacement of the carpet pad and even the tackless strip. The floor and carpet backing must be cleaned with powerful (safe) chemicals using hot water cleaning equipment. Even after all this effort, some carpets are not able to be salvaged.

There are times when we are able to eliminate the odors even though a discoloration will remain on the carpet fibers. In other cases the carpet can be completely restored with no trace of odor or discoloration.
